Our goal is to provide, maintain and support information systems that benefit teachers, staff, administrators, superintendents and ultimately the children we serve. Our administrative information system, BusinessPLUS (formerly known as IFAS), handles financial, physical asset and human resource information and processes. Aeries and SEIS are systems we use to manage student information. More Information

BusinessPLUS (IFAS) - Sungard Public Sector SunGard Public Sector (formerly known as Bi-Tech) Application Service Provider (ASP) program provides BCOE’s administrative system hardware and software – a system called “BusinessPLUS”. Information systems staff enhances and customizes BusinessPLUS for internal and district clients throughout Butte County. Authorized administrative staff, through BCOE’s computer network, use desktop software to run BusinessPLUS legacy applications and a web browser to run newer, web-based BusinessPLUS products. Student information systems continue to evolve to meet increasing data reporting requirements. BCOE has used a number of student information systems including SASI, and now Aeries. In addition, BCOE currently uses SEIS to manage and report information for special education students in Butte County. Aeries is hosted and operated by BCOE staff. SEIS is hosted by San Joaquin County Office of Education's Center for Educational Development and Research (CEDR) and managed by Butte County SELPA. Student Information System Features, Aeries
