Information Technology (IT) provides data communications, including Internet access, to Butte County Office of Education and its constituent school districts. IT also provides work station and local and wide area network support to departments of Butte County Office of Education, taking advice from the representative Technology Council and direction from the Superintendent and his Cabinet.
