The checklist below establishes criteria for all BCOE administrative software and is determined in two categories. Please reference chart below.

Information Technology Staff will troubleshoot problems with Approved, Supported Software to find ultimate solution necessary to resolve.

Two steps will be requested prior to purchase of Approved, Not Supported Software:

Contact the department's ITC representative with special request and explanation of needs.
Contact IT with needs for special software.
