![]() April 15, 2002 Outlook Calendar By Teresa Lightle- Computer Training Coordinator Viewing Another's Calendar In the last issue of "Tech Tips," I introduced how to set permissions on your Outlook calendar. Once you are given permission to view someone's calendar, you can view it online by following these steps.
If a message appears saying unable to view this folder, it means that the person who owns the account has not given you permission to view the calendar. Contact that person and request permission to view his/her calendar. Depending upon what permissions you have been assigned, you may be able to edit, create or just view this person's calendar. Meta Search Engines are different from regular search engines in that they they can search multiple search engines at the same time. While this may sound like the best option all of the time, it can be overwhelming for simple search topics. It is best to use a Meta Search Engine when you cannot find information using a regular search engine or when you are searching for a very specialized or narrow topic.
