The Organize feature in MS Outlook can help users to handle
large amounts of email. To access the Organize options click on the
There are several options for Organizing. 1) Using Folders – This option allows the user to specify that when email form a designated recipient arrives, move it to a designated folder. (the folder must reside under your inbox) 2) Using Colors – This option allows the user to Change the color of an incoming message from a specified sender to a chosen color and to change the color of emails specifically directed to you alone to another color.
3) Changing the way the user Views the Inbox, this can also be done using the toolbar in Outlook. 4) Dealing with Junk Mail – the user can specify item from a specific source to be deemed junk mail that can be easily identified to make it quicker to delete.
You can quickly add someone to the Junk email when the email arrives, by clicking on the email to select it, choose Action in the menu bar, choose Junk Email and add to list. The E-Teacher is on vacation and will return in August
