Summertime Tips

• Take time to clean out your Microsoft Inbox folders. Archive items that you may need to reference at a later date, but don't need on your desktop.
  (October 2001 Issue)

• Delete the deleted items folder. Make sure to empty this folder. To empty, right click on the deleted items folder and select empty deleted items folder.

• If you will be away from your computer for a number of days, be sure to turn on the "Out of Office Assistant" (January 2002 Issue) to inform others you will be away and not returning email.

• Clean the keyboard keys and mouse ball on your computer.

• Shut down the computer, hotter weather will make your fan work harder, causing unnecessary wear on your computer.
