BSSP's self-funded dental coverage is administered by   Delta Dental utilizing Delta Dental's PPO network.  Log in to your secure Delta Dental account to view the status of your claims, find a network provider and download forms.  You will also find great oral health and wellness information at the website.  For more information on Delta Dental's online services, click here. 

BSSP and Delta Dental do not issue coverage cards for members. Your participating dentist will submit a claim based on your name, social security number and date of birth.  If you prefer, you may print a card from your secure Delta Dental account.
