  • 360° Health / Condition Care:  Multi-specialty teams are able to identify members with asthma, diabetes, heart failure, coronary artery diseases and COPD who could use special attention and enroll them into effective programs that help them proactively manage their health.  These teams include registered dieticians, clinical social workers, pharmacists and exercise physiologists.

• Medco's RationalMed:  Utilizing each member's complete health profile - medical claims, pharmacy claims, lab results, and self-reported patient data - Medco identifies potential drug therapy-related health risks that may result in hospitalization and other adverse outcomes. Medco then alerts physicians and pharmacists and proposed a change in therapy. 

• Annual $250 Prevention Allowance (deductible is waived) for member and spouse

• Free mammogram screenings

• Free health screenings

• Convenient seasonal flu shot clinics

• 100% coverage (after 3 years of coverage and visits) for 2 annual dental visits; 3rd dental visit for pregnant mothers
