Using the Internet, members can log onto the BCC (Blue Cross of California) web site at http://www.bluecrossca.com/, click on the For Current Members icon and follow the prompts.  Maps and directions to providers' offices can be viewed and downloaded to their printers.  PPO members who travel or live outside of the California can use the web site at http://www.bcbs.com/healthtravel/finder.html.
