Delta Dental has a method for delivering benefits. Now you can receive quick and direct access to a dentist in your area or any other concerns regarding your dental coverage.

Call your Delta Dental customer service at 1-866-499-3001 or go to your web site, http://www.deltadental.com.

All you will need is your social security number and your name. Your participating dentist will do the rest - verify coverage and bill Delta. YOU DO NOT NEED A CLAIM FORM.
