Assessing Child Care Economics Needs & Transportation - ACCENT

Assessing Child Care Economics Needs and Transportation (ACCENT) project is a three-component study designed to quantify child care contributions in Butte County, and incorporate child care into local planning efforts.  Each component focuses on an infrastructure inextricably linked with child care: the economy, service supply and demand, and transportation.
The project was completed through the participation of local child care, economic development, government, finance, and transportation professionals.  Each component provides quantitative data, qualitative analysis, and recommendations for future action.
