BTSA Orientations, Seminars, and Meetings

Participating Teachers
If this is your first year in BTSA Induction as a Participating Teacher (Year 1 PT), you will need to attend orientation training on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 - 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Instructional Resource Center (IRC).  As a Year 2 PT, your orientation training will be Tuesday, August 26, 2008 - 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the IRC.  Dinner will be provided at both orientations.

Directions to the IRC:  Hwy 70 - take the Nelson/Grand Ave exit into Oroville.  Turn left on Nelson Ave and stay in the left lane.  Make a left on County Center Drive (first left you come to).  Turn at the first left (no street name) and go to the stop sign.  Drive straight ahead and on the left side you will see a sign that says "Instructional Resource Center."  Turn left into the parking lot.

Support Providers
As a new Support Provider, you will need to attend the New Support Provider Orientation on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.  This training will be held at the Instructional Resource Center (IRC) from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.   Directions to the Instructional Resource Center
