Directions:  From North- (Chico): Take Hwy. 99 South.  Turn left on Hwy. 149 to Oroville.  Turn right on Hwy. 70 to Oroville, take Montgomery Street Exit.  Go east 10 blocks to Lincoln Blvd.  Turn right one block to Bird Street.  Three story building on Southwest corner of Bird and Lincoln.

From South - (Sacramento):  Take Hwy. 70 North to Oroville.  Take Montgomery Street exit.  Go east 10 blocks to Lincoln Blvd.  Turn right one block to Bird Street.  Three story building on southwest corner of Bird and Lincoln.

Parking:  Street Parking is limited and monitored for time restrictions. Three-hour public parking is located on the corner of Lincoln Blvd. and Robinson St.  All day public parking is located on the corner of Huntoon and Montgomery, next to the Municipal Auditorium.
