ALLISON WAGGENER Credentialed Services awaggene@bcoe.org (530) 532-5821	Allison is the Library Services' credentialed Librarian. She is responsible for maintaining the IRC Main Collection and the 25 depository libraries, ensuring that the most relevant and developmentally appropriate literature is placed in depository libraries and circulated to teachers through the classroom book order service. She also organizes various Library Services projects and activities, such as the Authors-in-the-Schools Program. She is available to provide consultation, training, and support in all areas of library service.
JANINE CODY Circulation Services jcody@bcoe.org (530) 532-5827	Janine is responsible for Library Services' classroom book order service. She receives, selects, and ships books to teachers and home study parents. She is the contact person for all book circulation needs and inquiries.
DEBBIE CASPERS Cataloging / Technical Support / Depository Services dcaspers@bcoe.org (530) 532-5826	Debbie is the Library Services' cataloger and technical support provider. She maintains online catalog records and manages the library system's database. Debbie is a resource for cataloging information, library automation assistance, and related technical support needs. She provides services and maintains the records for the 25 depository/branch libraries in our system. Debbie is also available to assist or train library personnel in those libraries.
