COMPUTER TRAINING & ASSESSMENTS

Butte County Office of Education Technology Training services include:

• Hands-on Computer Training Courses for teachers, administration, clerical and support personnel.
• Teacher Computer Training.
• Pre-employment computer testing and screening.

To better serve our students and staff, Butte County Office of Education’s focus is to provide consistent training to all employees. This training plan is designed with these functions in mind:

• Empower learners to feel safe, capable and proficient through comprehensive training.
• Provide accessible, accurate and current information about issues and programs that contribute to improved performance.
• Increase efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in learning new technology skills.

Computer Training Information

Trainings will be presented by Teresa Lightle unless otherwise noted.

Scheduled classes are open to all district and county office employees.  Classes are no cost for BCOE employees and $40.00 for district employees unless otherwise noted.

Pre-Employment Testing for Computer Literacy

Butte County Office of Education offers pre-employment computer literacy testing.  Choose from our pre-designed tests or choose to create a custom test based upon the needs of your program.  Testing is proctored in a hands-on computer lab setting.

Cost:  $40.00 per person
