Graduation Information

Hearthstone's High School Graduation will be held on:
Tuesday, June 15 at 7:00 p.m.
State Theater Performing Arts Center
1489 Myers St, Oroville

Cap and Gown orders are due Friday, March 12. Order Form

Graduation Requirements

A diploma certifying high school graduation will be issued to each student who successfully completes graduation requirements.

All students must pass the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) in addition to the listed credit requirements. Go to http://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/tg/hs/index.asp for more information about the CAHSEE.

Part of Hearthstone's graduation requirement includes passing competencies in the following basic computer operations:

~Multimedia	~Internet/Email
~Word Processing	~Spreadsheet
~Database	~Computer Knowledge

English	40
Algebra 1	10
Mathematics	10	Students must be continuously enrolled in mathematics courses until credit requirement is met and the Math section of the CAHSEE has been passed.

Economics	5
Physical Education	20	Required in grades 9 & 10, optional in grades 11 & 12.
Visual & Performing Arts or Foreign Language	10
