![]() Main Page Courses Schedules Request Info Resources Staff Floriculture Floriculture is a year long class that begins with the history of floral design from Egyptian to Modern Contemporary Style. After studying the principles and mechanics of floral design, students will construct various styles of arrangements. An overview of the floral industry including plant care, sales and business techniques will be presented. Students will develop a portfolio and resumé to use for employment opportunities.
You can earn: A Certificate of Proficiency, high school credit and Butte College credits. How to Enroll for Floriculture:
Fees: There is no cost for high school students. Location: Biggs High School Duration: This class meets at Biggs High School one hour daily for two semesters and begins in the fall. Please see the ROP Course Schedule for more class information. For More Information
