![]() Main Page Courses Schedules Request Info Resources Staff Cabinetmaking This class prepares students for entry-level employment in the design and construction of cabinets. Areas covered include safety, hand and power tools, blueprint reading, measurements, estimating, design, fixtures, materials, construction techniques, costing, assembling, finishing and installation. Skills are practiced through individual and team activities. Integrated throughout the class are career preparation skills including communication, interpersonal and problem solving. Students may be placed in non-paid internships as part of their hands-on training.
You Can Earn: A Certificate of Proficiency, high school credits. How to Enroll for Cabinetmaking:
