![]() Main Page Courses Schedules Request Info Resources Staff Auto Body Paint/Repair This one-year class will provide entry-level skills in the field of auto body repair, detail and service. The class offers an overview of auto body/paint occupations. In this class welding tools and other hand and power equipment are used in the repair of minor collision damage, which includes metal finishing, proper use of filler replacement, alignment of parts and minor mechanical repair. Emphasis will be placed on shop attitude, responsibility, quality control and job placement.
Special Considerations: Students must have a basic background in automotive and/or welding. The students must also have an interest in the mechanical field. You Can Earn: Certificate of Proficiency, high school credits and Butte College credits. How to Enroll for Auto Body Paint Repair/Services:
