PresentBehavior Support Planning:
Bridging The Gap from Writing to Implementation
a.k.a., "HELP! My Behavior Plan Isn't Working!"
LIMIT: 12 participants per session.
All participants MUST bring a scored plan and their FBA/BSP Manual.
Staff may enroll in more than one session.
This is an opportunity for staff to get feedback on a behavior support plan that they are implementing. In an informal interactive setting, staff will be provided with a variety of opportunities to:
* Systematically problem-solve an ineffective plan.
* Learn about common barriers to an effective plan.
* Work in small focused groups to problem-solve identified barriers.
* Brainstorm with colleagues.
* Develop an action plan for making changes for implementation.
