Behavior Support Planning:
The Basics of Functional Assessment & Behavior Support Plan Development
Planning for student behavioral support is a critical skill for today's teachers. By using evidence-based assessment and plan development strategies, teachers can help students learn new skills and prevent the occurrence of interfering behaviors. In this two-part training participants will:
1. Receive the Teachers Behavior Support Planning Desk Reference.2. Learn the key concepts of behavior support planning.
3. Become familiar with the SELPA forms for behavior support assessment and planning and the quality scoring tool.
4. Practice using the provided materials with your own case - come with a case in mind.

$20.00 charge to participants for materials.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of registration fee will be given if
notification is provided to SELPA one week prior to training.
