Coordinated District Support

BCOE’s Coordinated District Support (CDS) team serves as a strategic thought partner working alongside school leaders to support identification of goals and needs, promote innovative thinking and jointly solve problems.  Embracing a continuous improvement mindset, our mission is to partner with districts for the purpose of mutual capacity building.  We strongly believe that grounding our work in systemic frameworks will promote more equitable opportunities and measurable gains in student learning and outcomes.  The CDS team is made up of experts from a variety of areas to provide well-rounded, cohesive assistance to our districts and charters in designing, organizing, and co-facilitating key activities in support of inclusion, equity and excellence.
