educational philosophy
At Future Educator Support (FES), we believe the primary objective is to address the learning gaps of our migratory students in reading, writing, and math while piggybacking on two vehicles that give way to hands-on learning, exploring, and creativity with a personalized experience. While exposing students to new opportunities, we strive for a space for our students to explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and Makerspace. Through these vehicles and related concepts, our hope is to develop an interest and passion for pursuing a career in the field of science.
Our FES Academies fit nicely together with ELA or Math and STEAM or Makerspace, building upon and reinforcing the combined skills and content of each. Our TURNKEY academies offer a unique approach, our curriculum is designed with the student in mind and embed STEAM or Makerspace into the content lessons. A key piece to our academies is developing a wide range of 21st-century skills. We strive for essential skills beyond critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop young minds for future success.
