    The hotline is available 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and continues to be a valuable resource to residents, answering questions regarding sheltering and about the LACFood Relief Resources. Due to high call volume, please continue to call if you do not get through the first time you call.

    There are several organizations providing food for evacuees. Please visit our CalKidz webpage or click on any of the documents below to see where you can pick up food.

    Suicide Prevention &  Mental Health Resources

    Butte County Office of Education and the greater community are working to serve those impacted by the fires and our current natural disasters. Help is only one phone call or text message away. Please reach out if you are struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm.

    Animal Evacuation Centers

    Large Animal Shelter 
    • Camelot Equestrian Park 1985 Clark Road, Paradise. This shelter is accepting animals between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm.


    Small Animal Shelters
    • 521 Cal Oak Rd, Oroville. This shelter is currently accepting small, domestic animals between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
    • Butte County Fairgrounds (Expo Hall), 199 E. Hazel St, Gridley. Currently excepting small animals.

    Medical Prescription Assistance

    • Telehealth Enloe Medical Center: 530-332-9540
    Enloe Medical Center’s Telehealth program can help with refilling prescriptions on a case by case basis. Survivors can call between the hours of 9am-9pm to speak with a nurse.

    At last nights press/community briefing, Sheriff Honea announced an upcoming program to provide escorted access to fire-impacted areas. This program is not available yet, @ButteSheriff will notify the public when it begins. Hear his report at 33:00 in last night's video here on our Facebook page.
