As of 12:00 noon today, March 13, 2020 Butte County Public Health Department reports there are zero positive COVID-19 tests in Butte County.

Concerns regarding COVID-19 are being felt across the nation and certainly within our own Butte County communities.  The top priority of Butte County Office of Education is the safety of students and staff.

What Are Butte County Schools Doing?

All public school districts and charter schools in Butte County are working closely with Butte County Office of Education (BCOE) and Butte County Public Health Department (BCPHD) to provide students, families, and the public with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the COVID-19 situation in Butte County.  All districts will follow guidance from Governor Newsom, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health, and Butte County Public Health Department to keep students and staff safe and healthy, and to avoid the spread of rumors and misinformation.
