OROVILLE SUMMER SERVICES
MI ESCUELITA MAYA
A four-week program to address Pre-K to seventh grade through ELA and ELD strategies using explicit direct instruction, Total Physical Response (TPR) and literature analysis. The program provides nurturing and developmentally appropriate activities so children are able to learn through play during child-initiated learning and /or teacher-directed activities. This progressive approach is based on hands-on learning experiences that will nurture children’s natural essence allowing them to blossom cognitively, emotionally, physically, socially, and culturally.
