Maintenance, Operations and Facilities supports all Butte County Office of Education departments and interacts with districts to provide the following services:
- Maintenance of numerous sites throughout Northern California
- Asbestos and hazardous materials management
- Telecommunications, cell phones, pagers, wireless cards, calling cards
- Energy conservation and management
- Grounds and custodial support
- Network and data cabling
- Construction and contract management
- Facilities planning, procurement, setup and relocation
- Request for building/grounds improvement
- Application and Agreement for the use of BCOE Facilities
- Integrated Pest Management Plan
