Designed to support leaders working under the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC), the Butte CASC Program provides the tools, connections, and insights necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic educational landscape.

The Butte CASC Program understands the unique demands of newly hired administrators, especially in rural settings where resourcefulness, adaptability, and community engagement are critical. Our program prioritizes strong, trusting, and personalized leadership coaching to equip you with the skills and confidence to address the complex challenges of your role. Through 80 hours of one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive individualized support aligned with your leadership goals and the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSELs).
